One of Greece’s most environmentally friendly businesses is l’arte del gelato. Recognizing how harmful to the human body are many materials, we use paper cups and ONLY recyclable materials, away from plastic nylon, etc. All the raw materials we use are organic. The ice used comes from filtered water.
